Who we are: the team behind Corpus
SalemWise Solutions builds Corpus, page-cited AI search over an engineering firm's project archive. Corpus answers plain-language questions from drawings, specs, calc packages and geotech reports (scanned sheets are OCR’d as part of setup), and cites the document and page on every answer. It is built for civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, surveying and mining consultancies of 20 to 500 employees, and runs on the firm's own hardware (a local NVIDIA GPU on its network) or ours.
We are software engineers, including Yermek Ibray (Founder & CEO) and Pavel Dolgov (CTO), based in Plainsboro, NJ. We also build AI assistants for HOAs, legal teams, invoices and websites.
The people who build Corpus. You talk to us, not a sales team.
Yermek Ibray, Founder & CEO
Software engineer for 16+ years, at Google, Meta, Hopper and Stash, most recently building generative AI and LLM systems. At SalemWise he builds Corpus and works directly with each firm’s principals and IT lead.
LinkedInPavel Dolgov, CTO
Senior software engineer who built mobile and distributed systems at Facebook (now Meta), Stash and The New York Times, and helped scale applications serving millions of users. At SalemWise he builds Corpus.
LinkedInCorpus is new. Here is what that means for you.
There are no customer deployments yet, so there are no logos or case studies to show you. Every firm starts with the $5,000 fixed-price pilot on one real pursuit, judged by its own team. The $5,000 is credited toward setup if the firm continues.
You can also check the product before you talk to us: the live demo runs on 57 public engineering documents under a fictional sample firm, and every answer cites the page.
What we build now
Corpus by SalemWise. Corpus helps engineering firms win work from their own past projects: a suggested bid/no-go score on a new RFQ, each scored factor linked to its sources, an SOQ draft with every sentence cited to the page, and a fee build with the fee math done by code. When the archive does not hold the answer, it says "Nothing on file".
Built for civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, surveying, and mining consultancies of 20 to 500 employees. Archives we have scoped have run 5 to 10 TB, on SharePoint or OneDrive plus network drives, often ProjectWise. Corpus runs in the browser; Microsoft Teams and the other tools your firm uses are connected during setup. It runs on your hardware (a local NVIDIA GPU on your network) or ours.

Four rules we hold ourselves to.
- Every answer checkable. Page citations, and “Nothing on file” instead of a guess.
- Only numbers we can source. If we can’t trace a figure, it doesn’t go on the site.
- Published, fixed prices. $5,000 pilot, setup from $21,000, then $1,500–$2,000/mo. No per-user fees.
- You talk to the people who build it. No account managers.
